We remember what it was like before the internet (interoffice memo anyone?) and now we're trying to navigate social media options which grow daily. But we're also experienced, smart, driven, and not ready to consider "Shady Pines" just yet.
More and more women of our generation are starting & growing small businesses, and taking charge of our financial future. Because sadly, women of our generation are the most financially disadvantaged demographic. I created "Second Act Society" to support our unique journey with tools, resources, courses and a membership where we can keep things simple and grow with confidence.

Proving it's never too late
I'm living proof that it's never too late to start a business, and that you can change your Iife no matter your age. I started my current business in my late 40's, leaving behind a stressful corporate career during which time I counselled hundreds of women at this stage of life on career changes.
The common denominator amongst them was a feeling of being "past it", resulting in a total lack of confidence. With women of our generation being the most financially vulnerable demographic, I believe wholeheartedly that running your own business is a way to reclaim your dreams and become financially free. And to create something to be proud of.
